Key changes
1. Clearer service description
- Tokensmart is explicitly positioned as an API gateway — we do not store your request content, only token metadata used for billing
- The model call chain is now documented: Tokensmart → upstream gateway → model providers
2. Data retention
- API call logs retained for 90 days (previously not specified)
- Billing records retained for 3 years (financial compliance)
- When you delete your account, all personal data is removed within 30 days
3. Refund policy
- Account balance is fully refundable at any time
- Bundle plans are refunded pro-rata based on remaining days
